The Silva Scout 3XTH features Hybrid technology which means that the battery compartment is compatible with both the included rechargeable Silva hybrid battery (1.25 Ah/ 4.6Wh) and also standard 3xAAA batteries. It utilises Silva Intelligent Light which is a light beam technology that optimises the light pattern; requiring less head movements, better control, and improved balance by combining long reach spot light and close flood light, and its night vision red light mode preserves night vision. This headlamp has a comfortable fit with its low weight of 76g, and wide, anti-slip headband. The Scout 3XTH can produce a maximum output of 350 lumens, to a beam distance of 65 metres, providing a runtime of up to 25 hours in low mode. The large on/off button makes the headlamp easy to operate, even when wearing gloves.
