Happy with it but the actual description of the torch function is not clear..
It does Flood and Flood + Spot. Both modes have three level.
Switching between the mode is a double click of the torch button.
There are up and down buttons to change level.
I’ve not figured out how to make the automatic modes work, one of the main reasons I wanted this torch was for the auto-off function.
There’s apparently a light sensor. This was a bit of a bonus but the description of how this works is poor and I’ve not managed to figure out how to turn it on or test if it’s turned on.
I was disappointed that there was no flash mode, but then completely by accident, I found the remote control can turn on a flash mode. Two flash modes are available, FLOOD + SPOT flash together, one mode is cycling between HIGH and LOW and the other is ON and OFF.
The remote mount is a velcro strap.
Light mount is a good design, takes up very little bar space and can be mounted below the bar. Like all bike lights, no means of attaching a lock to the mount and preventing the torch being removed is available. Same for the remote.
Battery life so far is very good and the ability to use it as a battery pack is excellent.
Instructions are rubbish.
