Klaus has delivered a great headlamp at a very reasonable price. Very versatile and light weight, and completely weather proof, it fits the bill for a variety of roles. I use mine for pre-starts on vehicles, spot beam, flood light, and even both at the same time.
Once you press the on button and cycle to your preferred light type and power, use the second button to activate the motion sensor so you can swipe near it for on and off. It can swivel down and has a rechargeable battery. This light is 5 stars out of 5 in the under $100 category and would be a mobile mechanics best friend on late hour call outs.
