I had an issue with my EagleTac torch which wasn’t charging so I emailed stating my problem and received a rapid response from James as it was likely the battery was past it’s used by date.
So James requested an image of the battery and then provided the link to re-order a new one which I did and it arrived the next day ……………problem solved.
